Accessibility Statement

NeuroTendrils is committed to making neurotendrils.com reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. We are a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Riverside, California. This statement describes our approach and how to report barriers.

Our commitment

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this informational marketing site. We have not completed a formal third-party WCAG audit. Accessibility is an ongoing effort as we update content and features.

Measures we take

The site includes a skip-to-content link, a main landmark, labeled navigation, and dialogs (team bios and the mobile menu) that move keyboard focus, trap focus while open, and close with Escape. Meaningful content images include text alternatives; decorative images use empty alternatives. Icon-only controls include accessible names.

Some third-party sites we link to (for example social networks or GitHub) are outside our control and may have different accessibility characteristics.

Known limitations

Concept demos, canvas diagrams, and motion on the site may not convey every visual detail to assistive technologies the same way as static text. Sponsor logo carousels duplicate markup for animation; the duplicate track is hidden from assistive technologies.
